the anahata wellness collective offers a range of practices focused on empowering individuals to work towards healing and wellness using the connection between their mind and body.
all of our experiences leave an imprint, a memory not only on our mind but in our physical body. these imprints can become stuck or static within our system, causing an inability to expand or grow, they can block us from being able to transcend what we feel is holding us back from true wellness. movement and breath can assist us in removing and releasing trauma or blockages, either emotional or physical, by shifting and changing our experience, in turn opening up our capacity to heal and live fully.
the anahata wellness collective integrates yoga, mindful movement, and somatic experiencing® principles together for the specific needs of the group or individuals. the a•w collective uses an integrative approach as each human, their heart, and their experiences are incredibly unique. the dynamic spirit we each possess is honored and nurtured in these sessions.
